Motorola Android Phone

I must admit that I am a fan of smartphones. I find them pretty interesting gadgets that are both useful and fun to be around. If you agree, I am sure you are also interested in the brands that periodically release new models on the market. One of the high rated smartphone brands that always manage to catch my attention is Motorola. Here are a few of the smartphones that make this brand worthy of my time, attention and money.

I need to first mention the Motorola Razr Maxx because I think you will find it impossible to not be impressed by the battery life it ensures. What’s even better is that the higher capacity battery included in the design doesn’t lead to unacceptable weight or thickness. The Maxx version of the Motorola Razr smartphone manages to stay almost as thin and light as its predecessor, measuring 130.7 x 68.9 x 9mm and weighing 145g. I think you will also find useful the 4.3-inch display put at user disposal that supports a resolution of 540 x 960 pixels and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass. The performance chapter is not unimpressive either because the core of the smartphone is a dual-core Cortex-A9 processor clocked at 1.2GHz and paired with 8GB of internal storage, 1GB of RAM and the PowerVR SGX540 GPU. You will also enjoy the possibility to expand the storage area by using microSD cards of up to 32GB. I also recommend the camera quality of the smartphone, ensured by a 1.3MP front-facing camera and an 8MP rear camera that can support 1080p video recording and comes equipped with autofocus, LEF flash and an impressive number of advanced settings. The last thing that I want to mention is the news that 21 hours and 30 minutes of use are ensured by a full charge.

My other “love” is the Droid 4 XT894 because it comes with a full QWERTY keyboard that’s sometimes preferable to the on-screen keyboard that most modern smartphones seem to focus on. It’s true that the price you will have to pay for the pleasure of using such a keyboard is the thickness of 12.7mm and the weight of 178.9g, but if you want to write SMS messages and emails in the blink of an eye, the Droid 4 is the type of smartphone that can actually deliver the support necessary. In addition, you can at any time hide the physical keyboard and resume the typing on the on-screen keyboard put at disposal that has enough room to deliver large keys, especially in landscape mode. That’s because the display measures 4.0 inches and supports a resolution of 540 x 960 pixels. Impressive, isn’t it?

Android HTC Incredible Versus HTC One

Two smartphones like the HTC Droid Incredible 4G LTE and the HTC One S make you think twice when it comes to making a smartphone purchase. The first smartphone is expected to be soon released on the market while the second one can be already bought. I’ve compared their features and here’s what I found.

As far as the design goes, these two smartphones are good looking devices. The Droid Incredible 4G LTE is smaller and heavier than the One S measuring 121.9 x 61 x 11.7 and weighing 132 grams. On the other hand, the HTC One S measures 130.9 x 65 x 7.8mm and weighs only 119.5 grams. Both devices offer gorgeous touchscreens, but of different sizes. The Droid Incredible 4G LTE hosts on the front face a 4-inch S-LCD touchscreen with a resolution of 540 x 960 pixels while the One S comes with a 4.3-inch Super AMOLED touchscreen and the same resolution.

The hardware department is represented by powerful processors, so you will have the chance to enjoy an excellent user experience on both smartphones. The HTC One S is powered by a 1.5GHz dual-core processor with 1GB of RAM and 16GB of storage. On the other hand, the Droid Incredible 4G LTE is equipped with a 1.2GHz dual-core processor with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of storage, but with microSD card support which lacks on the One S. Regarding the operating system, you should know that both phones are Android devices that run on Android 4.0 with the HTC Sense UI. Connectivity is well represented on both high end devices. You will be able to use Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, A-GPS, HTML with Adobe Flash and 3G. The Droid Incredible 4G LTE also offers 4G speeds while the HTC One S supports EDGE and GPRS which lack on the Droid Incredible. Both smartphones offer advanced features and excellent performance, so in the end only your opinion matters.
